according to this book, 3 factors of the job make you feel uncomfortable even sufferred.

1. no one cares your work
2. can't measure: you don't know whether you do well or not
3. feeling like it doesn't matter however you did.

As for me, the environment is the most important. There're stupid managers everywhere, no one can be perfect, it doesn't matter much, but when stupid met cold heart, sufferring happen.
