The public service

Today I read a public letter written by the people live near the one I lived. They talked about many problems in their living place caused by the real estate development and management.
I felt very sympathy. Everytime I went by their quater, it looked noisy, dirty, messy.

It's a letter written before Aug., to the mayor. And the problems in front of their gate did not solved until last month, not sure whether the problems inside solved.
